Internal Beauty

I think to be beautiful requires looking after yourself both internally and externally. So you can buy the most expensive beauty products but if its also pivotal to still eat well, sleep well and stay fit! Its all about balance - yin & yang!

And because I enjoyed this most beautiful homemade cheese platter (mini version) all produce from Australia. I thought the least I can do is to share it with my readers!

There was the Falwasser wafer thin crispbread all natural and halal certified. Its a lovely produce made in Queensland, Australia. The crispbread were made with tasty ingredients such as cheese and sesame which made this cracker so delicious!

Now to the cheese. Blue Cow Cheddar cheese that was so soft and creamy, I just can't seem to stop. Minibert - which is a minuscule version of camembert from Barossa Valley. Again, totally yum.

To top it off, there was the mini fig and walnut roll. Lovely with a cup of tea or a glass of wine with the cheese.

So, give it a try! Indulge in great quality produce and savor it cos life's too short without eating great food!

Where are the hand cream?

Today as I was typing at my work desk, I looked at my hands and started sighing! The cold and dreadful winter has turned my hands to be so poorly looking. I feel so embarrassed just looking at them :(

As a result, I turned my bath drawers inside out to find all the hand cream and hand solutions I can find. The problem is the hand creams are not always where I want them to be. I know I can hear all of you complaining how lazy I can be just to grab the one in the living room. Nope! Too hard!

So what I have done is three different sorts of hand cream all placed in different nooks of the house. One in the kitchen, in the bath room and the bedroom.

Problem solved!

I love my handcream

I think our hands are our most utilised tools. We use them everyday and should care and look after them.

Its often said that you can tell a woman's age by their hands. So while you may be pampering and slapping me on the most expensive cream on your face, please look after your hands by applying hand cream.

In fact, hand cream makes the most perfect gift for your lovely girlfriends, Mums and mates. You can never get enough of them. Have them at your work desk, place it next to your bathroom vanity top, in your handbag.

Nowadays, they come in various sorts and forms too. There are the pump version, the squeeze format and even in travel size now. They can dress up a room too :)
